Pros

- Latest tech stack - Good salary - Flexible work option - We get freebies now and then as part of some celebration

Cons

- Underwhelming work which can be done by people of very less experience - Bad culture, the team will be suppressed by the counter part teams in Israel. No team coordination or collaboration, everyone wants to work on something new without telling the own team or even have courtesy to ask any suggestions - Firing - Man what should I say, I joined on 2024 apr. 1st firing happened within my team on 2024 June. 2nd firing happened on 2025 Jan. 3rd firing happened on June 2025. People were fired without even their immediate managers knowing it - It is better to work in a company were you are valued more

I’d like to offer some clarity on a few of your concerns. ZoomInfo is a fast-moving company, and that pace isn’t always for everyone. While some roles may seem straightforward on the surface, they often require precision, speed, and an understanding of complex systems to drive real impact at scale. On collaboration...cross-regional alignment is a priority, and while we won’t always get it perfect, teams are encouraged and rewarded to communicate openly and operate with mutual respect. As for org changes, these decisions are made thoughtfully based on business needs, and always with long-term growth in mind. We appreciate your input and will continue working to ensure every employee feels informed, connected, and set up for success. --Venky Ramasubramanian, VP & GM, India

Pros

Steep learning curve Useful tech stack Great product / market fit Great sales people to learn from Friendly team wants to see you succeed Decent company benefits

Cons

Very high sales targets compared to other companies Can be ruthless if you can't keep up with these targets Company doesn't do much to foster a 'company culture' - you come here to make money Current progression from SDR to AE seems non-existent.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We appreciate the thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you found value in our tech, product-market fit, and team culture. Those are core to who we are. We hear you on quota concerns during time off. Our Sales Ops team is always reviewing how we handle this to make things flexible and fair. On career progression, we do have a structured SDR-to-AE path, and we’re working on making it more visible and accessible. Many SDRs have successfully made the move, and we’re continuing to improve that path. We're also focused on strengthening our culture beyond performance, with mentorship and skill-building programs to support your growth. We’re always learning and evolving, and your feedback plays a big part in that. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to chat with your manager about your career goals and feedback on our culture. Definitely check out the development resources available through our learning platform as well. And of course, if you ever want to talk more, our HR team is here to support you.

Thanks for your honest feedback and for your continued commitment over the past few years. We’re glad to hear you find the product strong and easy to sell—as you know, that’s something we’re proud of and continue to invest in. Re: base pay and management styles, we actively review our compensation structures to ensure they stay competitive and aligned with the value our teams deliver. As for micromanagement, we’re focused on coaching leaders to strike the right balance between support and autonomy—something we also emphasize in our training and onboarding for new team members. Hopefully there is a balance you and your manager can reach together. Your input helps us continue to evolve, and we appreciate you being part of the journey.
