1. Expectations, roles and responsibilities were clearly set during the interview and are being followed after joining. 2. Mentorship and Buddy System: I was assigned a mentor who was not in my direct team but have a wealth of experience in the company, offered to be my go-to person for any questions, which was reassuring. I was introduced to the company's learning portal, which had a wide range of courses and resources to support my professional growth.
