      Pros

      Working with cutting-edge technology is genuinely engaging. There is extensive use of AI, both externally integrated into the product and internally across teams, which significantly accelerates development and helps produce well-designed, high-quality code.

      Cons

      At times, product decisions are not fully clear to the engineering team. However, despite this, the company successfully released two major GTM products that meaningfully support sales decision-makers.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense and not everyone enjoys the constant pressure Priorities can shift quickly, which can be frustrating if you like long-term stability Some processes feel heavier than they need to be Work-life balance can swing depending on team and season High expectations across the board — not a great fit if you prefer a laid-back environment
