Thank you for sharing your experience. We have a very dedicated, hard-working SDR team, many of whom have moved on to different roles within the revenue team. We do have a hybrid environment with a mix of in-office and work from home, so any candidates in the interview process should ask their recruiter about the schedule and expectations. Our leadership is also understanding that life happens--if you need to change in-office days, leave for an appointment, or to avoid traffic, that's ok.
