      The office looks nice. The kitchen is well supplied.

      Cons

      I truly hope things have improved there since I left, but during my time, the department was dominated by chaos. Rather than establishing effective workflows and healthy habits, the solution was to keep hiring more people. It was a place where saying ‘yes’ and compromising professional ethics seemed to be the norm
