      Pros

      The people here are a lot of fun to be around day in and day out. Management expects a lot out of us, but everyone here is committed to a common goal and it is apparent that we are all appreciated on a personal level for the effort we put in. True team atmosphere.

      Cons

      No frills, not a lot of "soft" benefits that you would expect from a West Coast tech company. Not that it's a bad thing to be frugal for the overall good of the company, but maybe we can nudge the needle slightly in the other direction.

      This place truly is one of a kind. I've never worked somewhere that pushed me in the way that DiscoverOrg does. You have to come to work and bring it every. single. day. You are constantly learning. This sounds cliche, but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't learn something new. You are surrounded by intelligent people that are incredibly driven. With that comes some pretty serious competition. If you are looking for a career that pushes you outside of your comfort zone...this is the place for you.

      Cons

      The work-life balance is tough. If you are looking for a punch in punch out type of job I would not recommend DiscoverOrg. Parking is annoying, but it's much worse downtown Portland.

      Pros

      - Management teams that care about helping you and the company succeed, together - Culture that promotes teamwork and rewards you for your hard work. At DiscoverOrg, you get what you put in. If you have an idea, and run with it and implement something new - you receive a lot of recognition and reward for it. - The people at the office are awesome. You go into work everyday looking forward to seeing your coworkers and peers. - Open door policy with senior executives and management.

      Cons

      - Like any young company, there are growing pains and challenges. But your ideas to tackle those challenges are always valued. - It's hard work, but you learn professional skills that go a long way.
