      Pros

      Some of the smartest people I have ever been around. It's competitive, but not cutthroat. You're competing to make each other even better. There is ample opportunity for career growth. We are a fast growing company, and there is always something to do.

      Cons

      Sometimes we grind pretty hard. It's a sales oriented company, so, it makes sense.

      Great Opportunity Out of College

      Pros

      I started working for DiscoverOrg directly out of college and it has been such an exceptional and unique experience. This company is going through amazing growth and there are so many opportunities to advance in my career here. Leadership takes the time to help you grow, and the people are one of a kind, I feel very lucky to have created so many friendships here. I plan to stick with DiscoverOrg for awhile, I think the company is really taking off and I can't wait to see where it goes.

      Cons

      The fast growth and the high expectations can be seen as a con by some, just expect to be pushed beyond your limits here. That's just how DiscoverOrg is, and I don't see how that could be a bad thing.

      Pros

      - The people. There is a sense of camaraderie and belongingness that I haven't found anywhere else. The people here genuinely like each other and work hard together, encouraging and supporting one another. There isn't very much a sense of competition within the company - we're all on the same team here. - The work. It's engaging and challenging and every day there is a new project to work on or a new problem to solve. It's rarely monotonous.

      Cons

      - The high steaks. There are occasionally hard and fast deadlines to meet, which can mean working nights and weekends. You are heavily relied upon to get your crap taken care of when it needs to be. There is little room for slacking off, and management has little patience for people who can't deliver.
