      Hybrid, good WLB, the people are awesome and the product value is obvious to the end user.

      Cons

      I little bit too corporately. but career development and employee growth is a very emphasized focus in the company so it plays to both sides benefit.

      - Truly incredible leadership team, the support network is amazing. - Best in class software and tools to make you successful. - Special culture that is truly global despite multiple office locations. - Absolutely unreal plans for what's to come, the excitement around the 2nd half of 2024 is palpable. - Selling a market-leading product. Whilst there are competitors, you get to be top of the food chain. - SDR org is the LIFE of the company. You are so valued here and you really feel like you are contributing to every win. - You are compensated well. - The UK office is performing incredibly well and as a result expect a ton of growth there.

      Cons

      - There could be more focus on quality rather than quantity - however this does allow for a really fun, fast-paced working environment.
