Pros
The biggest pro is I highly respect the leadership in Zoomin. There are no doubt problems, but those problems are received head-on, and I see the efforts to actively and organically change our pain points. There is autonomy in how you do your job, and while managers will guide and offer resources or perspectives, they won't tell you how to do your job or what's wrong with it. From a "pie-in-the-sky mantra of making the world a better place" this isn't the product or company that will feel like you are creating world peace, BUT, the work feels rewarding and fulfilling since the challenges can be interesting and we are able to own the work without being micromanaged. The team is incredibly smart and collaborative.
Cons
The growth outpaced our ability to support our client with quality, and the initial book of business I received was a mixed bag of somewhat happy to boiling mad. There are still known bottlenecks in processes such as only one person knowing the answer to a complicated question, or we over-customized early clients and it's unsustainable becoming harder to support them as we grow. These issues are known and I think the direction of how to handle these situations are slow (but I understand why it's taking so long to turn the ship since it requires organization change at every level which isn't easy)
