- People - I've found here a group of talented yet humble people with a can do approach - Vibe - Everyone is welcoming and the general vibe is positive and energetic - Potential - The potential is huge in terms of opportunity and addressable market, and the company is on a path to become a market leader - Growth - The company is growing fast across all fronts, a lot of opportunities to have a real impact and grow personally - Leadership - The leadership is strong, with several exits and acquisitions under their belt.

Cons

- Growth comes with pain as well, and there is a continuous learning as part of this journey, when it comes to processes, legacy constraints etc - The company still have a way to go with diversity

My headline sums it all - Zoomin leaders are a strong team who are leading the company for a great success. They very much care about the ride/ experience - even more than actual results, this is what makes a strong company culture. On top of that - great product fit - it is a product that literally created a new category for the Enterprise software. Lastly - people who work @ Zoomin are the ones you want to have on your side - the attention and care is something to recognize.

Cons

Not much to say here, keep doing what you are doing.
