Pros

Solving problems in an autonomous fashion. Solid leadership and direction. Changing landscape of competitors - no clear winner yet. Great start up environment where anything is possible.

Cons

Longer hours than non start up world - but worth it in the end.

Pros

I was at Wasserman from 8 years and when I came over to Zoomph they instantly made me feel like family. In the job hunting process, I was very focused on working for a company where I genuinely enjoyed working with every person and I can confidently say the people at Zoomph are one of my favorites things about the company. In addition to what I mentioned, everyone is focused on one company goal (turning this into a massive company) and will put ego aside to achieve the goal.

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons to share about Zoomph.
