Pros

Everyone on the team is valued and individual contributions are meaningful. You get the opportunity to work on the latest technologies and constantly learn new things. There are a constant stream of new challenges but employees are supported enough as to not get overwhelmed. The team is small but hard working. Work life balance is good.

Cons

The company moves fast and in order to survive, employees need to be flexible and adapt quickly. A small team tackling big problems leads to everyone wearing multiple hats but that's the nature of startups.

-Micromanaging is not a characteristic of Zoomph; you own your day-to-day, and decide how you're going to make an impact on the business -Wear multiple hats; you're going to learn and grow everyday here -Hungry, young culture; we're grinding day-in, day-out. No one is here just 'to collect their paycheck'

-Moving very fast as an organization; sometimes we lack hindsight on how we failed / how we succeeded in areas

Pros

Couldn't feel luckier to work at Zoomph. Ever since joining the team, I've been given autonomy and encouragement to try new things and drive growth. Incredibly close-knit team with a culture that makes it easy to look forward to coming to work every day. Fantastic flexibility and small startup vibe with significant growth opportunities.

Cons

An incredibly fast-moving startup, so if you're not comfortable with change, then it may be a bit tough. There is a considerable amount of autonomy, so you need to be a self-starter and able to identify and prioritize what needs to be done.
