Zoox is packed with genuine, caring people who are also smart, innovative, and collaborative. Folks here usually eat together at lunch, take walks along the water, lean in on cross-functional projects, and readily share information. The people here are a delight to work with. The company mission and leadership are also very inspiring.

There is so much FAVORITISM within the leads and supervisors. I guess if you kiss-butt or play the leads and supervisors you'll get recommended or promoted. It's certainly not a level playing field for everyone. There are people who pick and choose who gets a chance at an open position. Unprofessional, unfair way of choosing who gets promoted. Inequality at its finest. Some of these people that were chose cheated on their tests to get hired.
