Pros
Everyone on the team is talented, motivated, and passionate about our mission. It's great to be able to work with so many amazing people. I love that upper-level management genuinely cares about their team members. They also are really open to suggestions for improvements and are open to new ideas. It's also a great environment - there are fun culture events every week or so - from massages to happy hours to local ZOZI experiences. People love spending time with each other and helping one another. In addition, there are so many amazing things in the works for the company. I'm excited to see what's coming up next!
Cons
Things can sometimes get a little disorganized because there are so many different projects going on at once, but it always works out because there are so many people who are great at their job here.
