Pros
-people at the company are cool -decent snacks -sometimes good career potential when you're straight outta school -great perks -cool events and stuff -people are nice and friendly and care -the sales managers especially care: the management level folks truly seem invested in their employees.
Cons
-things seem rocky all the time. it's weird -Not sure how well the company is doing or why one person is leaving over another. Seems like not all the information is there. -people are constantly leaving the company. not a good sign. -Morale is low -the place feels shady -CEO is never around -there's always gossip and weird stuff going on -pay sucks -seems like management doesn't really care about us given the constant turnover -the people at the entry level rock and are nice and motivated but don't get paid as much as they should -it feels uncertain to be here -would not recommend this place.
