      Pros

      Good employee benefits. Opportunities to travel. Working conditions were good and the most up to date technology available. And that's about it I'm afraid.

      Poor leadership and lack of professional respect.

      Pros

      Brand, multi national, salary and reward, support and training. Good place to learn and grow slowly. It's a good company until middle level management. At entry level the best place to work.

      Cons

      At senior level very hierarchical, red tape and racist. Hardly find brown or black people at top. Executive management at group level know nothing about insurance. It's a pension fund company which is designed to generate dividends for shareholders. Employee comes last
