Colleagues are some of the brightest people I've worked with... unfortunately the majority are burned out and overworked by holding multiple responsibilities Benefits package used to be very compelling, but has been eroded over the past 18 months.
Cons
Rudderless business with leadership cosplaying as businessmen. CEO's priorities seem to be biking with his favorite pro cyclists and collecting bikes rather than driving the company forward. Annual organizational reform zigs when it should zag. Multiple rounds of redundancy have killed the culture and any pride in working here. Career progression arrives in the form of multiple responsibilities, usually inherited from colleagues who have been made redundant, and promised promotions that never materialize.
