Pros

The company offers great benefits and is a fairly positive environment. There’s still opportunities for growth while the company transitions from operating like a startup to operating like an establish company.

Cons

Leadership has been changing in the last year and a lot of employees live in fear of a looming next round of layoffs. The executive team is making a lot of budget cuts that make the work less flexible

Pros

definitely a company that values work/life balance and your physical health. coming from other gaming companies that have you constantly on the grind it was extremely refreshing to actually have not only time to do the work properly but to also study and develop personally

Cons

sometimes the goals of the company can be a bit too lofty. this isn't bad per say I just prefer hard numbers and clear milestones over general good 'vibe' when it comes to measuring success.

Pros

Lots of problems to fix, opportunity to give creative solutions. People on the team levels are generally great to work with. Collaboration is high.

Cons

Confusing goals that constantly change every 6 months. Conflicting policies on in office vs remote work.
