Seemingly disorganized management culture. Contradictory direction from different senior managers is not uncommon.
Very much a top-down management structure in many ways, in spite of being a dynamic company that's still a start-up in many ways.
Not necessarily a clear overall corporate direction on some key business components.
"Freedom" often translates to a lack of clear direction. You have discretion/autonomy... until you don't.
Multiple offices with key personnel can be a major roadblock to project advancement.
No clear career-growth trajectories.
