      Lots of things to do at Zwift, so there’s tons of opportunity to grow and learn.

      Can be chaotic. Too many cooks in the kitchen, which can make projects last forever.

      Pros

      Great workplace, product, and company. There are so many talented hard working people that are doing everything they can in between endless meetings to make the company what it is.

      Cons

      I suspect the company will lose a lot of stand up employees for the low pay and lack of internal promotions/raises.
