Glad the shift to a product-focused org is something that gets you as excited as we are about it! Thanks for the recognition on the Covid specific support. These times are interesting and we know our teams are working really hard to support our growing company.

Pros

I think the core of this product is great and most of the people working at the company are talented and fun people.

Cons

Leadership seems to be confusion at times, and the direction seems to constantly shift. Could be a sign of an evolving start up but feels a bit uncertain as an employee at times.

Pros

1. The interview and onboarding experience has been so welcoming, supportive and phenomenal that I had to gush and share. 2. The company is passionate about fitness, gaming, having fun, mindfulness, diversity and inclusion, innovating, growing, culture, the employees and communities they serve. 3. Benefits: So many but I will list just a few. $2300 for exercise equipment, great med/den/vision benefits and options, half day Fridays for the rest of summer, mindfulness support through Headspace and other tools, encouraging and supporting active athletes through incentives, all equipment provided for you to be successful (laptop, monitor, chair, etc.) 4. The people! So many talented, innovative and hard working people surround you that you just want to kick butt with them. 5. At a time during Covid, when other companies are laying off or having furloughs, it's nice to be with a company that is in super growth mode.

Cons

The company is still growing and that means not all processes are documented but this is a plus for me. I want to help develop and participate in shaping the company. They take your feedback and listen.
