      Really dedicated people. Full of energy and passion to make games. Real pride in their work. Great benefits and support staff.

      Cons

      Management sucks, plays politics, lies and uses cost cutting measures without thought.

      Aggressive turnaround presents both opportunities and risks

      Pros

      In aggressive turnaround focused on changing some core company practices that hindered growth and progress. Lots of opportunity to learn from extremely smart people while working on projects with strong technical strength.

      Cons

      Almost complete lack of long-term vision. Perception from the inside is that this vision is in flux, and such job and project stability are thin at best. Also, personality-driven politics pervades the culture.

      Pros

      Some of the coolest people who are very passionate about what they do. You feel like you are part of the product and everyone's opinions are heard.) Free food and tons of things to do if you need a break, unlimited vacation (It's actually unlimited not one of those things they say to have you onboard) and Dog friendly.

      Can't think of anything on top of my mind.
