decent employer overall great work-life balance great challenges => great career growth opportunity

Cons

1. compensation is not competitive 2/ despite some top-notch mentors / managers, some of them are not great: growth is bottlenecked by the mentor/manager assignment. 3. the company has the money and RSU but C-level has no interest in paying employees appropriately to keep the talent. the company is moving towards keeping just a few top talent and replace the rest with cheap talents

Pros

This is a right-sized legal team (more than enough interesting work to go around, but not so much that people are constantly stretched thin) led by a really compassionate and charismatic Chief Legal Officer. The executive team in general has been relatively easy to work with and are accessible. You are supported to do good work and are surrounded by great teammates.

Cons

Zynga is being acquired by a larger, NY-based gaming company. This will definitely impact the culture.
