I loved the people I worked with at Zynx Health and the leadership seemed very interested in making a difference in the lives of patients.

Cons

They have been going through management changes in the past few years that have left a lot of their devoted employees with an insecure feeling about their future with the company. Hopefully the company will be great again when the dust settles.

Pros

The people working at Zynx are some of the smartest and kindest co-workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I still keep in touch with former colleagues to this day. Also, the company's original mission really seemed to matter to everyone working there - it made me feel like I was doing good work each day.

Cons

Recent changes in leadership has seemed to put a strain on the rest of the company's culture and focus, from the top-down. It seemed like people started leaving the company toward the end of my tenure there due to the changes.
