Pros

The people working at Zynx are some of the smartest and kindest co-workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I still keep in touch with former colleagues to this day. Also, the company's original mission really seemed to matter to everyone working there - it made me feel like I was doing good work each day.

Cons

Recent changes in leadership has seemed to put a strain on the rest of the company's culture and focus, from the top-down. It seemed like people started leaving the company toward the end of my tenure there due to the changes.

Was a "family" atmosphere before the founder left the company in 2013. Great work environment then. Open door policy and access to everyone in the company.

Cons

New leadership is completely bottom line dollar focused and do not care about their employees. Manager did not support when a client complained about me when I did more than what was asked of me.
