Great people with professionally enthusiastic energy. Mission statement is something that you want to work for. Good benefit. Open door policy.

Cons

The atmosphere in each department can be very different from one another - you need to figure it out. No worry though.

The office is really nice and in a good location. The products are interesting and you feel like you are working for a good cause that impacts the lives of other positively. Company culture is good --- people are usually genuinely willing to help out.

Cons

No blatant cons to speak of.

Cons

I am positive that the company would have more sales if they took a consultative approach to selling to sophisticated buyers. If you are considering this as an employee, do your homework - I wish I would have!
