There were snacks and we were able to go out for walks when it was not busy. Nice view.

Cons

Work environment operates in cliques. Very hard to get around or to enjoy when coworkers were not very inclusive. People always seemed to get laid off randomly with a bi-yearly "purge" in Octobers. Work felt lacking with no mobility. There did not seem to be any passion in the work we were doing. Feels like they purge a higher-up employee once in a while to save their own skins.

It's a full time job with benefits!

Cons

Lay-offs every year in October. They have had lay-offs in 2015, 2016, and 2017 every year in October. They are not a stable company even though their parent company has been in business for 100+ years. Just make sure you have a back up plan. The benefits were expensive. The training is not consecutive with the tests that they make mandatory. There is no upward mobility due to a struggling company.
