Pros

-No oversight -Initially operated as a "start-up", so there were nice perks like free food from the vending machines, fresh fruit delivery, etc., but the company couldn't continue to sustain that.

Cons

-No oversight -Very poor mismanagement -Poor transparency -Zero future, and absolutely no upward mobility -The company had gone through complete sweeps of ALL employees for the last several years (annual ritual? every October). It is unable and incapable of sustaining longevity. The "products" that are sold seem redundant, therefore new sales are able to be generated.
