The people there are great to work with, but a lot of them are leaving now.

Cons

The company lost its heart, when Hearst, the parent company, decided to not reinvest into the company, and squeeze the benefits. The new CEO, Greg, is just focused on the financials, and is purely a business minded individual.

The best thing about Zynx is the people! Everyone is welcoming, approachable and open-minded to new ideas. They are very passionate about their mission - to bring evidence-based care to clinical practice - and this is apparent in all the employees work-attitudes. In addition, the leadership at Zynx is experienced and visionary. The technology team is also eager to work hard and make changes to the legacy software which is a designer's dream!

Cons

For those who want to experience working in a larger enterprise design team, Zynx would not be a good fit. The company is quite small and there are not many designers. However, for a designer who wants full autonomy and a lot of influence on the company’s direction, this is the place for you.
