Had a great company culture but leaves employees with no room to grow professionally.

The company was a relatively flat organization making it easy to get your hands on everything. You were able to learn from other cross functional departments and set yourself up to be successful. It was a fast paced environment but still had all the furnishings of a small company making it feel very comfortable place to work. Information was shared in between departments but a bit hard to find if you weren't from that department. They also paid for education viable to your position and provided you with a stipend to maintain your health (Gym Membership, Shoes, Quitting Smoking) They were also very good with vacation days, sick days, and paid time off in general.
