Pros

Initially, great company, went downhill super fast when CTO/CPO left or were pushed out by someone from the past who decided to show their ugly head and thought they could do better - they are not doing anyone any favors by staying!

Cons

Nothing changed no matter what was stated to managers/Leadership about the lack of direction. Bonuses/raises were non-existent in the 18 months I was there. I felt I was not valued by being told I would not be participating in the 2024 bonus plan! So off I went searching for another company that valued my contributions. The one person who screwed up this whole company is still there. So Stay Far, Far Away! BTW, the CEO is a spineless individual with no real concept of running this company.

Pros

Nice colleges Work from home Different environment A lot of culture

Cons

The salary without the commission it's very low, the system of the company it's too complicated too many tools and you can get lost very easy. You can make a good money but just after months of experience, in the first year you will probably survive just with the minimum salary. Too much pressure and absurd goals. They use tools and system very old and it's very rudimentary, make the job very hard. The company it's huge and still use the computer like 1990. The shifts are very late and you can just change after 6 months or more, normally you need wait for a 1 year to change your schedule for a different one.
