Pros

Travel discounts? That's pretty much it.

Cons

This might be the WORST place I have ever worked in my entire life. I would recommend that you stay AWAY from the marketing department! The company has “cliques” or “cool groups”. If you don’t fit in, they ignore you. The marketing department is extremely “catty” and very condescending. Make sure you ask about the vacation policy and how it works. They like to keep that part quiet. When I worked there, they had it set up so there were NO paid holidays. That means, if you were hired at the end of the year, you may not of accrued enough vacation to cover the mandatory time off. That’s right – they force you to take time off and if you can’t cover with vacation, you just don’t get paid. Oh – they also close for an extended period of time around Christmas and New Years. So – if you are taking this job for extra Holiday money – don’t be surprised when you don’t end up with what you wanted!

Pros

Had great Sales training and experience for the year I was there. Some Managers were great but there strict Policies need to be revised. Good Benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, On Site Cafeteria, Concierge, and Fitness Center. Poor 401K and No Profit Sharing which doesn't promote longevity.

Cons

I applied for a new position after a year with the Company and they paid me less than a new employee. I felt duped and expendable. Then they terminated me because I had a family emergency even thought I had PTO available. Management had absolutely no compassion. Felt relieved to leave the Company after a year. Some of there policies are idiotic. They Hire all the time and Employees are very expendable. No Matching on 401K and No Profit sharing to promote Longevity. Would only recommend to friend as a stepping stone in there Career not for long term.
