Everything. Expect to be subservient and do as TPTB wish or have your job threatened. It was bad enough when the old boomer SLT enforced in office right before the holidays, but to also watch everything we do with now with not so secretive installs of Teramind? Congrats, you'll never be a great place to work. You don't trust your employees, you give special treatment and WFH to some but not all employees and by doing so actively discriminate employees who work in the Phoenix area, and never talk about the glaring issues we all know are there and were BEGGED for engagement back on the employee engagwment surveys which surprise surprise, didn't ask about our thoughts about in office because these old boomers simply do not care about anyone but themselves. 90% engagement on said surrvey according to the CEO, but didn't tell us what they were doing to fix anything or what the feedback was. All global offices that are WFH all win awards as great places to work, yet HQ is seemingly punished by the old boomer men who run the company and make the decisions because they must hate their families or wives or something. Also it's worth mentioning there was an email sent out BEGGING employees to give 5 star ratings here and on LinkedIn because they know everyone at HQ is unhappy and no amount of free lunches and ping pong tables and happy hours will fix the enforced in office policy that even HR is unhappy with. We get ONE day to WFH, that's not a hybrid model, so don't call it one. If you live further than 20 miles from Scottsdale, expect to be told to listen to podcasts on your grueling commute to make it more enjoyable or you'll be fired or laid off anyway.
