Cons

new investors and management have totaly destroyed what this company was they have now made it impossible to make decent commission because they increased base pay above minimum wage but it doesn't compensate for the losses

Pros

Nothing, they lied about everything.

Cons

6 out of 7 paychecks late and/or for the wrong amount. Still not paid for missing hours on last paycheck and the one before. Supervisor won't answer questions, even of new agents, just says go into available..

Pros

Pretty decent commission potential and good benefits, and payroll deduction for the concierge desk and cafe is handy.

Cons

Their hiring managers will say whatever you want to hear to get you employed, even if it's deceptive. Training is virtually non-existent as they essentially have you complete compliance training then hand you a script without covering product knowledge, and they ask you to use your own time unpaid to attempt to learn more about their partners. Leadership is a mess, even the supervisors aren't particularly knowledgeable about products. Many of the supervisors take a traditional "strict boss" type role rather than a supportive leadership role.
