Pros

Spiffs that are given to reward for sales made are good. They range from $10 gift cards to $25 gift cards

Cons

Management is all on different pages. You can go ask a question to each member in the management staff and you will get a different answer each time. They also seem to have issue with their system when it come close to pay day some people did not get paid on time and would have to be persistent to receive a check. When corporate comes into town management is all over the place.

Pros

Fairly good product compared to the rest of the industry.

Cons

Blatant offenders of nepotism. It's a fact, anyone who visits the location can verify that 5 employees (1/3 of the entire sales department) at the time of this review were related. They didn't pay me per my contract and when I brought it to their attention they retaliated against me by taking me off the schedule. I never had any performance issues and at the time of my last scheduled shift I was top revenue earner all time for the office with over 50% close rate (fact, can be verified). Management used foul discriminatory bigoted language toward me in front of witnesses (fact, can be verified). I permanently disappeared from the schedule after I shared I had been attacked in a formal complaint to Human Resources. They harass, don't schedule or fire top performers who are not related to them (fact, can be verified). Human Resources are ambivalent and unhelpful while management openly violates fair workplace practices. Beware.
