Pros

I have been with ICE for more then 15 years and it's the best job I've ever had. The opportunity to advance your career and earn a great living are by far better then any other Company I've worked for. Facilities are fantastic, working environment is very motivational and great energy. My Supervisors go out if there way to help where they can and train new skills. All of my Supervisors have done my job at a high level it's nice to finally have a boss that knows what they're talking about.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

I'm so embarrassed I worked here it'll never be on my resume. No one is even worth networking with for business. The company as a whole is a big joke. The people are even a bigger joke - they think they "know it all" when they're just a bunch of fools.

Cons

Everything. From management to co-workers, expectations, job requirements, upper management couldn't manage themselves out of a paper bag. Don't expect to make any money - salaries are extremely LOW. They "close" for the last 2 weeks of the year and if you don't have PTO time to get paid you're forced to take unpaid time off. PTO time includes ALL holidays - and again, if you don't have time saved up you won't get paid even if you're a salaried employee. Oh, and enjoy that 2 block walk to the office because they moved but weren't smart enough to think ahead to half the people have to park in "overflow". Don't let a title with "manager" in it suck you in either, everyone is a manager there.

Pros

If asked why I have stayed with Ice Gallery these many years, it's because ICE (International Cruise & Excursions), as a family owned business provides the type environment in which my abilities and experiences are utilized to its maximum allowing me to take pride in my personal production of data products which enables other ICE departments to respond to customer needs in a timely manner.

Cons

Midlevel management personnel should not be placed in positions of evaluatiing production until they are properly trained to the production level they are evaluating.
