      Sometimes I get a free trip to the office. Working from home

      I've been at arrivia for two and a half years. Initially, things were great with a caring trainer, but issues arose later. Despite outperforming my male colleagues, promotions seemed based on favoritism rather than merit. The toxic environment worsened as clueless colleagues sought my guidance, undermining our collective efforts. Suddenly, I was moved to customer support without warning, despite mental health concerns expressed to management. When I mentioned taking time off on medical advice, I was threatened with termination. The company's rating system seemed rigged to lower pay, and the CEO's behavior was self-centered and concerning.

Additionally we also take mental health seriously which is why arrivia has made available mental health resources to employees, including virtual mental health visits & text-with-a-therapist options amongst others.

      You are only a number

      Pros

      A couple of resorts you have access to for good prices. If corporate and in US unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      You are only a number to them. They care more about overseas offices. They do not care about you as an employee, will put up a front like they do but you will see their true colors. Your leadership will take your ideas and present them to the higher-ups like it's their ideas. Everyone just wants to overdo someone else.
