Things can be hectic and fast paced. Natural in any agency environment. Working at beMarketing requires a thick skin.

There are so many. First it’s a small company with too many clients. They have a hard time keeping up with work. Also management promises client more than they can deliver. They don’t know much about seo/ ppc but still insist they will be able to help them out. The clients are always mad at them. Brandon Rost the ceo is a psychopath and will flip out on anyone for the stupidest reasons. While I was there I saw him yell at my manger until she was in tears. He will say anything to get their business. I left a good company to come there and I’m glad I never have to step foot in that office ever again. I feel like they take advantage for small businesses who no nothing about social media, ppc or websites.
