      Pros

      flexibility, creativity, growth. There's something new every day in both challenges and opportunities. Great crew and fun management. Never a letdown-there's always another auction day staring you in the face next week.

      Cons

      Lack of structure if you need that kind of thing to work. Plans can and will change; it's important to remain flexible. If you're expecting fish and you get steak, that's OK.

      Pros

      Medical is pretty good. People are decent. They have special events.

      Cons

      Zero senior management or promotion. Sort of runs itself and is rather chaotic. High turnover. The building is pretty dirty with no heat/airconditioning etc. Pay is really low. Owners are very removed and don't deal with any employee situations. As long as you are a "yes man" and never have your own opinion, they will be glad to keep you.
