close to home, good benefits

Cons

if you are female, they don't want your opinions or expertise. It is a back-stabbing group at the north america corporate headquarters, and their plant in texas city is still not in compliance. there are certain groups within the company that are mean-spirited. the men like the young women, but if you are over a certain age, they treat you terribly.

Old boy's club many mid level manager are old thinking resistant to change, any change (good or bad) will result of loss your job No transparent, no share information, hinding results Say one thing, do opposite No place for minority and woman to grow
