We have taken notice that your concerns about training are shared by a number of other current and former employees, and we take feedback very seriously. We agree that management should be setting very clear expectations for employees and providing the necessary training to prepare them. We are currently exploring tools we can provide our current managers to improve how they train and manage their staff.
