Overall a good company to start not to stay.

Pros

Casual environment, bagels on Friday, good benefits (vacation, medical..etc), constant promotions from within.

Cons

Management pushes back on giving two weeks of vacation in a row. It's a process driven company that doesn't allow for much creativity. Fast turn over in my specific division due to management being way too confrontational versus having more conversations about processes with employees.

Cons

Regular retail gripes-hours, shoe string budget, more for less mentality. All retailers have these to an extent. Young company. Lots of growing pains. The bottom line is the bottom line no matter what your family and home situation is. Very hard to grow past the store level from within. Extreme retail in all aspects.
