Too disorganized as a company and multiple layers of unnecessary management. All they focus on is numbers and treat employees poorly! Terrible communication and structure. Old Bozo's who have worked there forever and have no leadership skills. No training provided. It's all about getting product out the door with total disregard for the customer. The good old boys! Yahoo!

There is not pros to work for this place. A great place for slackers I would say.

Cons

Poorly managed by self-centered management team who do not value floor employees. No development opportunities unless you are the member of the "good old boy" club.
