Very open culture, people are ready to help you. Very relaxed environment, not strict on time when you start or stop working, pretty flexible. Strong brand, strong presence

Cons

Sometimes not fast paced enough, difficult to keep yourself motivated. Slower moving corporate ladder, not a well balanced culture mix.
