As for compensation, we invest heavily in ensuring that our compensation levels are aligned with each market where we operate. We ensure this through a seasoned in-house compensation team and third party partners who track compensation information in our industry. So while I can't speak specifically to your perception about your salary when you were previously employed by dotloop, I can say with confidence that our salaries are competitive and in-line with the market.
