Met a lot of great people Weekends off

Cons

No company match 401k 8-5:30 when told 9-5 I was told old avg sales reps make 1k a month never saw anyone make more than 300 in a month Management likes to show their power No advancement opps They want to make it just like tql High turnover saw 20 people leave in 3 months

I just discovered the Employer response function on Glassdoor, so pardon my delayed response. It appears that you had a poor experience in our Sales group pre-2014. There is no question that we scaled our sales team too quickly when we first launched it in late 2012. Since then, we've made many changes including the things you mentioned, and are quite pleased with the results. So thanks for your feedback. Pros

remote work, type of work is easy, application was easy to learn.

Cons

training material is vague, metrics are ambiguous, management has no clue. strict time management and micromanagement is rampant. this isn't an ideal place for growth. was a complete waste of time.

Pros

Remote work, decent benefits, great people/coworkers, the mission Zillow Group stands for.

Cons

Sales is extremely favored from the top down, they are protected at all costs and not held accountable for their actions. Product is showing it’s age, we are not competitive anymore. Our top talent was pulled for a different platform within Zillow Group. Marketing is all over the place and can’t seem to focus on one thing.
