I just discovered the Employer response function on Glassdoor, so pardon my delayed response. It appears that you had a poor experience in our Sales group pre-2014. There is no question that we scaled our sales team too quickly when we first launched it in late 2012. Since then, we've made many changes and are quite pleased with the results. As part of those changes, we've worked closely with the team to gather feedback and put in place commission models that position everyone for success. So thanks for your feedback. As for what cars people choose to buy or rivers people choose to jump in, that's their business. Austin

Pros

Great product, beer, pool table

Cons

Company worries more about what outside people think of their image then they care about people inside the walls Peoplework is a nice buzzword used to sell a book, but since peoplework isn't practiced inside the company, it makes the whole movement a joke They want you to burn thru leads instead of nurturing them Revenue goals lack sensibility and couldnt be further from feasible goals Lot of unnecessary positions that dont contribute anything to company growth (leaches)

As part of those changes, we did reduce the size of our sales team, adjusted the goals, and we adhere to a minimum level of production to ensure that non-contributors don't stay in the environment for long. So thanks for your feedback. I hope you have landed in an exciting role/company that you are passionate about. Austin

Pros

I have been working full time for about a year now at dotloop and I have learned so much valuable information! Working at dotloop will challenge you everyday and force you into difficult decision making situations, with that said you must be able to adapt to change quickly, think on your toes and ready for a new challenge everyday! A job like this takes a lot of hard work and focus, but when succeeding with overcoming the day-to-day challenges its even that much more rewarding. problem solving and innovating on a day-to-day basis is an awesome feeling especially when you are working with amazing people! They understand that everyone makes mistakes, and they are willing to have your back when you do. They are not perfect and don't expect the employees to be either. Awesome experience thus far and excited for new challenges to overcome in 2014 with my fellow loopers!!

Cons

Starting out you will work many hours and get paid very little
