      Culture is awesome. overall vibe of collaboration/ smarts/ fun - with nice perks. Management is very flexible and accommodating, and adapts to new situations quickly to allow for employees to focus on what they do best. Everyone is personable and friendly.

      Cons

      For what the company does for the intended market, there's hardly any downside I can tell.
