This company is great when it comes to its location, flexibility of working, culture and the goal oriented approach. The atmosphere gives you a chance to grow individually.

Cons

The cons can be the need to enforce some discipline wrt the dress code and a few code of conduct in the office premises. Some departments need to have officials with better work experience and professionalism.
