you don' t need to work just pretend you are. very good for ladies. The culture is more off homely than professional. People are good but lazy ones.

Cons

amongst all top rated are all decisions are only be taken by directors. No focus. It's typical puneri company. People who are just either are yesman to directors or who are working there since long are put on higher positions without merit. Directors also have conflict amongst them.
